Anne Lemons is an experienced Physical Therapist and practitioner in functional medicine, nutrition, and holistic lifestyle strategies, based in Boston, MA. A dedicated advocate for women's bone health, Anne helps her clients strengthen their bones and prevent fractures with personalized nutrition, lifestyle changes, and movement programs while targeting the root causes of osteoporosis to promote lasting wellness.

Collaborating closely with women, she guides them on a journey to reclaim vitality and unlock their truest potential. Anne is not only a certified Buff Bones instructor and trained in BoneFit exercise from the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation, she also brings specialized training in gut health, Heart Math, and light therapy to her holistic practice.
